Payment of Fees
The registration fee (early, regular) corresponds to the date on which payment is received and not the date the registration form is received. Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Methods of Payment
Payment of registration fees will be accepted by the following methods:
Credit Card
MasterCard and Visa are the accepted credit cards by the conference. Please note that credit card payments are not processed on-line. Delegates fill out the registration form on-line and will be prompted to print and fax in a separate form with the appropriate credit card Information. Once the form is received, we will process your credit card and mail an official receipt to you.
Cheque or Money Orders
Payments are to be made in Canadian dollars only. Please make payable to "Receiver General for Canada".
Bank Charges
Please note that all bank and or exchange rate charges incurred in sending funds are the responsibility of the sender and will not be paid by the Conference.
Confirmation of Registration
The Event Office will send a confirmation email immediately upon completion of this on-line form.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation of a conference registration fee, banquet tickets or excursions must be made in writing to the SARSCENE 2008 Event Office.

Substitutions
You may make a substitution at any time without penalty upon written notice to the SARSCENE Event Office.

SARSCENE 2008 is managed by Wilson Young Events (SARSCENE 2008 Event Office) on behalf of the SARSCENE 2008 hosts, National Search and Recue Secretariat (NSS), Newfoundland and Labrador Search and Rescue Association (NLSARA) and the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Justice. With consent, we collect only the amounts of personal information that is necessary for the purposes of registration and promotion of this conference, to assist in the preparation of this conference and for the purposes of responding to inquiries, in accordance with instructions from the hosts.
