Be recognized as the supporter of the Welcome Reception. Your logo will be included on all signage for this special event. Your company will be recognized in welcoming remarks and at appropriate times throughout the event.
| SARSCENE Games | Call for details |
The Games operate on a small budget, and we are very grateful for the support of numerous volunteer judges, radio operators, and support staff. Local businesses, equipment companies and government agencies have also provided invaluable support to the Games in past years through the donation of equipment, supplies and their employees’ time. The donations of operation equipment to top-placing teams have been particularly appreciated in the past.

Keep the attendees energized by supporting the Monday and Tuesday morning and afternoon breaks. This level includes signage and literature placement. Primary breaks are located in the Trade Show areas.

Include your logo on the official delegate kit provided to each delegate at registration. There is no better way to showcase your company than through the prominence of the official event bag!

This opportunity allows for one promotional brochure/item to be inserted into the Delegate Kit. All materials are to be provided by the supporter, and are subject to event organizer approval. Copies of the promotional pieces must be provided by September 2, 2010. Required quantity to be determined.
